If you email us
When you email [email protected] or [email protected], we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry. We don't sell it, share it for anyone else's marketing, or use it to train AI models.
Email to these addresses is forwarded by our domain provider to our business email account, which may store it outside New Zealand. Please don't email us sensitive information or client files.
If you ask us not to contact you again, we will stop and keep a record only so we can respect that request.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] with "Privacy" in the subject. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at www.privacy.org.nz.
